Mission San Jose Elementary Parent/Guardian Input for Student Placement 2022-2023 Consideration
Filling out this form is optional and parents/guardians should not feel they must complete this form. Request for Student Placement Consideration forms must be submitted using this Google Form, no later than: FRIDAY, MAY 6, 2022, BY 4:00 PM.  NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME.

The placement of students in classes is a complex process with many variables. Many Elementary schools in the Fremont Unified School District use the following criteria: program/student needs, student ability, student behavior, as well as ethnic and gender balance.

Parent input in this process is valued as well. Parents may choose to complete the Request for Student Placement Consideration form to describe their child's specific educational needs.  
 
Parents may NOT request that their child be placed in a particular teacher's classroom.  Requests that mention an individual teacher name or room number will not be considered.

As is the case in some of the elementary schools in the District, students may be placed in a combination class of two grade levels.  If a student qualifies - requests not to be placed in a combination class will not be considered.

Requests received after the closing date of, FRIDAY, MAY 6, 2022, BY 4:00 PM. will not be considered.
