In accordance with Washington State law (RCW 28A.230.070), Battle Ground Public Schools offers instruction in HIV/STD prevention to all students in grades 5-8 enrolled in health courses. Parents can opt out their children from this curriculum by completing the questions below. Please fill out a separate form for each child.
