1. Each booth is chargeable at the rates listed according to the table below.
2. Exhibitors are eligible for
Early Bird (while slots last) rate if they submit their application
before 1 Jul 2025, and make payment by the listed date. A Standard rate will be charged once all available Early Bird slots are filled, or after 1 Jul 2025.
3. Table cloths and booth decorations are
NOT provided. Do bring your own to spruce up your exhibition space.
4. Power is
NOT provided. If you have any electronics devices, do make sure that they are fully charged, or bring a portable power source with you. If you wish to request a power socket, it is chargeable at an additional
$120.
5. All exhibitors must be mindful of local and cultural sensitivities, as well as prevailing laws in the Republic of Singapore. Doujin Market reserves the right to advise against and/or halt the exhibition and sale of any materials that may be in breach.
6. Doujin Market advocates respect for creators and their craft, as well as ethical creation. The event has a zero tolerance policy to the exhibition and sale of plagiarized content and AI generated content. Complaints will be investigated, and any exhibitors found to be in breach are liable to be ejected from the premises with impunity.
7. The final cut-off date for registration is 31 Dec 2025. Payment for each phase must be made no later than the listed dates to qualify for the listed rate. There are limited booths available, so register early to avoid disappointment.
8. You will only be contacted if you are a successful applicant. If you have been shortlisted, you will be contacted via email and/or mobile within 7 to 14 working days of us receiving your application, and again at the closing of each registration phase. Check your emails, including your SPAM, JUNK and PROMOTIONS folders if you have not received an email from us within this time frame. We will not be responsible for missed opportunities if you do not reply to messages by given deadlines.
9. Each creator brand/circle should ONLY make one application through a single contact person to ensure fairness for all applicants. Any exhibitor found to have submitted multiple applications will be considered last for a spot in the show.
10. All members of an exhibiting creator brand/circle must be at least 18 years of age as of 4 Jun 2025.
11. A maximum of four (4) persons, comprising artists and helpers in any combination, may be part of any one single booth. No more than two (2) individuals may be behind one single table at any point in time. If your circle has more members than can comfortably fit behind a single table (e.g. 3 or more), you MUST book multiple booths. Booths found to have more than 2 individuals behind a single table will be warned, resulting in standing loss.
12. Subletting of booths is strictly prohibited. Individuals found to have sublet their booth without our express written permission, or who have applied for a booth in proxy for an artist who was not approved to exhibit at the show will have their application struck off. If at the event, such booths will be ejected with impunity. In either case, this will result in standing loss, and/or a ban from the event.
13. Doujin Market is a curated event. Only complete applications with a valid portfolio link will be considered for shortlisting, and only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and offered a space to exhibit at the event. Furthermore, you undertake that any artwork or creations displayed in the portfolio link(s), and any artwork or creations subsequently exhibited at the event, are produced by you (i.e. the applicant), and/or a member of your creative circle.
14. We reserve the sole right to decide who we select to exhibit with us, and no correspondence will be entertained.
15. Successful applicants will receive a contract and details about the final amount you have to pay, including fees for any add-ons (subject to availability). Once you have signed this contract, you undertake to commit to the show. If you decide to cancel your registration for any reason after payment has been made, no refund will be given.
16. We reserve the right to offer promotional rates for artists beyond what is advertised on this page at our discretion. Successful applicants for Doujin Market 2026 that are of good standing (i.e. that have paid on time and responded promptly to official communications, and not violated any of our exhibition terms) will be given priority consideration.
17. By applying to Doujin Market and providing us with your personal information, you also consent to us retaining your particulars and using this information for Doujin Market 2026 related communications with you.
18. We reserve the right to make changes or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
