Please complete and submit this form if you are interested in additional technical training for your athlete. Upon submission one of our professional staff coaches will contact you to coordinate individual training sessions. Individual Training is a for-fee service conducted and approved by qualified ASA staff coaches. This is not a service offered by ASA (it is outside of the regular ASA service offerings). All agreements are directly between coaches and parents. ASA is not an intermediary and is not involved in any way other than hosting the sign up form.
