Student Organisation Event Form
The weekly deadline for event and session request is midnight on the Monday the week before the event. An appointed Committee member is responsible for filling out the Student Organisation Events Google Form which includes the type, description of the event, number of estimate attendees and kind of room needed or indicate external location. Before submitting the form, the appointed member is responsible for checking the Academic Calendar to avoid potential clashes. Student Organisations are encouraged to request ‘re-occuring’ bookings in case of a weekly schedule. On Tuesday, the SLC shall either put the event in the Student Life Google Calendar by midday or get in touch with the Committee member to reschedule.
In case of cancellation the Reception and the SLC should be informed at least 24 hours in advance. In case of missing the deadline, your event shall not go ahead.
