-You are
not allowed to edit my artwork.
-You can't "give them back" to me nor ask for a refund after you bought them.
-I will
not edit the design nor body type.
They're being sold as they are.-You have
no permission to
erase my signature/watermark. You have to
credit me for her design when posting.
-You can do
small changes on her design once you own them. Drastically changing their design will lead to blacklisting from any future adoptable auction.
(Specifications: you can change the species, gender, add tattoos, add limbs or tails. You can not change the pattern too much nor the colors much.)
-If you're buying her to re-sell her as soon as purchasing her I will be blacklisting you for future adopt sales.
-Backing up the character file it's your duty. I usually delete the whole SAI and PNG archive from my PC a week after it's sold, and from Dropbox a month later. After that I will not have back ups. if you lose the file it's not my fault.
-Only AB gets the full commercial rights of the character. If won not via AB you are not allowed to use the character to make money.
🌸Payment rules🌸
-EURO currency only.
-HOLDS only avaiable at AB and only for frequent/well known clients.
-I will send you a note with the PayPal.me link with specific steps to pay after you have given me your paypal mail and comfirmation/agreement with this terms.
-Payment must be done in between 24 hours since I sent out the payment link.
-You sending the payment means automatically that you have read and agreeded with this rules.
-Most important: Do not bid if you don't have the money or can't pay in between 24 hours after I sent the payment link.
-No empty/new accounts allowed to bid.
