To promote access for P–12 systems and schools interested in team-based strategic school staffing models, we offer need-based financial assistance to attend our all-virtual Explore Experience. Explore Experience is designed for P–12 school and system leaders, educators and community members to learn about the core elements of team-based strategic school staffing models and consider if this approach is right for their school or system context.
Reduced fee access is $50 per person (75% off the regular price of $200) with scholarships available for two to five members of a school or system attending together.
Eligibility: We encourage applications for reduced fees if your school or system meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Socioeconomic status: Majority of students (>50%) eligible for free / reduced-price meals
- Racial and ethnic diversity: Majority of students (>50%) from underrepresented racial / ethnic minority groups
- Serves students in rural areas
Ready to apply? To be considered for a reduced fee, please complete this form to give us a better understanding of who you are and your school / system context. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with notifications sent within 4 weeks of submission. Schools and systems that receive reduced fees for the Explore Experience and decide to move forward with partnering with the Next Education Workforce will be eligible to apply for scholarships for additional support. Additional scholarships are contingent on funding availability.
