Speakers Team: Manage speaker submissions, reviews, confirmations, and declines, Curate sessions that reflect AI, leadership, business, and personal development topics.

Sponsors Team: Design and maintain sponsorship packages and benefits, Identify, pursue, and secure new and returning sponsors.

Marketing & Communications Team: Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, web, and partner channels, Maintain consistent branding and messaging aligned with AIC 2026 theme.

Venue & Logistics Team: Manage venue contracts, permits, insurance, and coordination with FIU staff, Plan room layouts, seating, attendee flow, and accessibility

Volunteers Team: Recruit volunteers across all needed roles and time slots, Provide clear role descriptions, expectations, and training.

Executive Breakfast & Special Events Team: Plan and execute the Executive Breakfast and other VIP or invite-only activities, Curate meaningful networking opportunities for executives, sponsors, and key stakeholders

Technology & Innovation Team: Design and support the AV, livestream, and recording setup for all key sessions, Support registration systems, mobile tools, and other conference technologies.

Charity Event Team: Select and coordinate with a charity partner aligned with AIC values, Design and execute a charity-focused activity or campaign during AIC 2026.

AI Product Expo Team: Recruit and onboard exhibitors for the AI Product Expo, Design expo layout to optimize traffic flow and visibility.

Job Fair Team: Recruit companies and organizations to participate in the job fair, Coordinate logistics for booths, interview spaces, and information areas.

After Party & Networking Team: Design an after party that encourages informal networking and celebration, Coordinate venue, catering, entertainment, and sponsor branding.

Welcome Team: Coordinate attendee registration, greeting, and on-site experience. Manage pre-event planning, volunteer assignments, and attendee materials to ensure a smooth check-in process. Provide event-day support and assist with troubleshooting to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
