This is the Art Placement form, not to be confused with the
Theme & Sound Camp Placement Application.
PLEASE NOTE: Placement of your Art will be at the discretion of the Placement team based on several factors including when your application is received, sound zones, the theme of your Camp (if applicable), and the logistical requirements of City Planning.
We appreciate and try to prioritize early applicants, but no Placements are final until the map is published in October.
For any questions that are not relevant to your Art, please answer "N/A."
If you have submitted an Art Grant Application, or plan to submit one, please make sure your answers to questions common between applications match if your needs have not changed.
If responses need to be updated with updates information and needs, please indicate at the start of your response (Updated).
The deadline for Art Placement Requests is August 23, 2026 at 11:59pm.
