WRRC Newsletter Submission Form 2024-2025
Hello community partner, 

Please use this form to submit details of your upcoming event or opportunity to the WRRC newsletter. Please use the folder linked here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10pGn-Wmy8eId0fMHKMZEO9x_c-e8SnTx?usp=sharing to submit a PNG file of your event flyer. Please title flyers with the event date and name in the following format: "Month/Date/Year Event Name" for clarity. Thank you for including the WRRC in your outreach!

During the Fall-Spring Quarters, our newsletter publishes to the email listserv every two weeks on Wednesdays during the Quarters and on the Monday of Finals Week. Please submit this form no later than 5PM on the Friday preceding publication. During Summer Sessions 2025 I and II, the WRRC will be publishing newsletters as needed, please email rgmackenzie@ucdavis.edu with questions.

Note that the WRRC maintains discretion over the contents of our newsletter, department website, and social media pages and may choose not to distribute submitted materials. Content may be edited for clarity and/or brevity. 

To be featured in the WRRC Newsletter, please be prepared to provide the following:

Accompanying Flyer (in PNG file format)
