Flat Rock is a place where all kids are INCLUDED and ENGAGED, becoming CONFIENT and INSPIRED. In thinking about being a leader/role model for children, what does that statement mean to you when you think about the responsibilities of LIT's, CIT's, Service Corps, Staff and Volunteers? *

Realizing that the role of a Servce Corps participant often involves extensive activity indoors and outdoors on rough terrain (potentially walking up to 15,000+ steps per day) and/or hot humid climates, is there anything that would prevent you from fully participating? *

A sussessful camp expereince for our campers invloves attention to details in every aspect of the operation: Maintenance, Groundskeeping, Housekeeping, Food Service, Office Support, Health Care, Program Support, Camp Counselors. Can you give an example (from your perspective) of how you think each of these departments supports a camper's experience? *

Camper INCLUSION AND ENGAGEMENT set up the opportunity for success in the next two steps of our mantra. Describe how you could help a child feel included and engaged if you were assigned to help at an activity area in the "waiting section." e.g. the campers are waiting on the bench at archery vs being the one shooting the arrows. *
