  • Setup: Vendors may begin setup at 7:30 AM. All vendors must be ready by 8:45 AM.

  • Clean-up: Vendors are responsible for removing all unsold items and trash from their 12'x12' area by 3:00 PM.

  • Liability: By signing below, the vendor agrees to hold GMMHDA and Aspen East Stables harmless for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
