Each year we seek out the most enthusiastic teens to become Madrichim (teaching assistants) on Sunday mornings and/or Wednesday afternoons. Every Touro Synagogue member in 9th-12th grade is invited to apply if they are interested.  This is a great chance to build your skills when working with children, to create connections with students, teachers and families, and to make a little money or receive community service hour documentation.  It can also be an invaluable addition to your personal or professional resume (this comes in very handy when applying for jobs or colleges!).
