Acknowledgment of Risk and Assumption of Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that Freebird Farm program may involve unknown and/or unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury or damage to your child, or to third parties. You understand by enrolling your child in any Freebird Farm program, you accept and assume the risk existing in that Program, and any activities occurring during such program and elect to do so in spite of possible risks, known or unknown.
Indemnification
1. Freebird Farm makes every effort to conduct safe programs, to orient and support children, and to inform families of all activities. I understand that program activities may include, but are not limited to: walking on uneven terrain, playing active games, the use of age-appropriate scissors, and being near program animals in a supervised and monitored environment.
2. You agree to release, waive, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold the Freebird Farm, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives, attendees and other third parties harmless from all liabilities, losses, personal injuries, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) on account of any claim, suit, action, demand, or proceeding made or brought against any such party, or on account of the investigation, defense, or settlement thereof, arising in connection with your child enrollment in the Freebird Farm program.
