SHELTER PROGRAM MANAGER / Minimum Salary Rate: $64,000
The Shelter Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational needs of the Shelter, ensuring the completion of all program objectives, adherence to agency rules and regulations, and the safety and cleanliness of the Shelter at all times. Oversees case management, including interviews of potential clients to determine appropriateness of admission to shelter; providing case management and counseling services to shelter residents; assisting in preparing shelter clients to develop goal plans and overcome homelessness.

HOUSING MANAGER / Minimum Salary Rate: $24.00
The Housing Manager is responsible for the administration, management, and delivery of all residential services within the Inclement Weather Shelter program. The Manager is responsible for meeting the reasonable needs of guests, ensuring compliance with The Salvation Army policy and procedures. The Manager supervises, monitors, and directs all activities of the Inclement Weather Shelter program to ensure efficient operation which includes the provision of housing.

ASSISTANT HOUSING MANAGER / Minimum Salary Rate: $20.00
The Assistant Housing Manager is responsible for supporting the Housing Manager in the administration, management, and delivery of all residential services within the Inclement Weather Shelter program. The Assistant Housing Manager supervises Lead Shelter Residential Aides and Shelter Residential Aides; monitors the day-to-day routine operations such as general guest intake, record keeping, food service and security.

CASE WORKER I / Minimum Salary Rate: $23.00
The Case Worker I interviews, accepts, and provides comprehensive, long-term, structured, complex case management services for an assigned caseload of clients participating in an established life management program; understands the uniqueness of the client’s history in order to determine most effective program plans. Develops comprehensive program plan/goals and evaluates client's progress by conducting mentoring and counseling sessions with client and/or staff.

LEAD SHELTER RESIDENTIAL AIDE / Minimum Salary Rate: $18.00
The Lead Shelter Residential Aide monitors the day-to-day routine operations of the Shelter Residential Aide; monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security, and compliance to house rules; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information; ensures the physical plant is maintained in a neat and proper order. Completes the entire intake process; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER/CUSTODIAN / Minimum Salary Rate: $16.00
The Building Maintenance Worker/Custodian daily cleans and maintains the building and grounds to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the property assigned. Performs routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles; performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair work; performs routine grounds keeping work to ensure the beautification of the landscape.

SHELTER RESIDENTIAL AIDE / Minimum Salary Rate: $14.00
The Shelter Residential Aide performs a wide variety of functions to ensure the safety, security and well-being of the shelter residents, as well as the building. Performs a variety of housekeeping duties including sweeping, moping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning of bathrooms to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the shelter.

SEASONAL BELL RINGER / Minimum Salary Rate: $12.00
The Bell Ringer rings bells for The Salvation Army Christmas Program at assigned locations; ensures that the Kettle is never left unattended; greets the public in a courteous and friendly manner. Work is performed outside where there are physical discomforts associated with changes in weather and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt. Dressing appropriately is important for comfort.
