   This form is to register your student for The Great Falls Rec Center's Teen Nights  for 5th-12th Graders. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and will close at 9:30 pm. Once students arrive, they will not be allowed to reenter if they leave. Concessions will be available for purchase with cash or card. $10.00 entry per student, pay onsite at time of the event. Multiple games and activities will be available. Students will be able to choose their activities throughout the night or just hang out with friends. Music, Dancing & Games! Concessions available.
