The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) has been commissioned by the British Society of Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (BSPGHAN) to deliver the National Audit of Quality Standards for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (‘the PGHAN Audit’). The PGHAN Audit will be based on the Quality Standards for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition, published jointly by BSPGHAN and the RCPCH in January 2017.
This PGHAN Audit aims to improve health outcomes and the quality of life for children receiving care for gastroenterology, liver or intestinal disorders throughout the UK. The PGHAN Audit will seek to identify any variation in care and ensure that equitable services are available for all infants, children and young people in the provision of gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition services across the U.K.
