2019-2020 Taft Jazz Festival
Competing bands will be selected on a first-come first-serve basis, as determined by the time/date stamp on this Google form or postmark on the envelope containing the application form and competition fee. There will be a stand by list for schools to enter should a competing band withdraw from the contest.

Online payments for registration are being accepted with a credit card at https://2020jazzfestival.eventbrite.com

If you require an invoice to mail in a check you can find one online at http://www.taftraiderband.org/jazzfestival
That form can be filled out, printed and used as an invoice for your school check request. Once we have received payment a confirmation email will be sent confirming the completion of the registration.

Each band will receive 10 admission tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased online at https://2020jazzfestivaltickets.eventbrite.com or at the door.

Registration is not complete until payment has been received.
