Competing bands will be selected on a first-come first-serve basis, as determined by the time/date stamp on this Google form or postmark on the envelope containing the application form and competition fee. There will be a stand by list for schools to enter should a competing band withdraw from the contest.

That form can be filled out, printed and used as an invoice for your school check request. Once we have received payment a confirmation email will be sent confirming the completion of the registration.
Each band will receive 10 admission tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased online at
or at the door.
Registration is not complete until payment has been received.
