All reservations require a credit card on file for incidentals, damages or added experiences. Please provide CC#, EXP, Security code (cvc) and Zip Code as well as name as it appears on the card. No charges will occur without your permission or knowledge.  *
Ballooning is a weather dependent activity, in the event of inclement weather we will notify you as soon as we know. If your flight were to be cancelled due to inclement weather you have the option to reschedule your flight or redeem your voucher for the wine tour, which is not weather sensitive.  *
