St. Luke & St. Matthew Choir School Interest Form: Fall 2025
Thank you for your interest in our after-school program! 
The St. Luke & St. Matthew Choir School is a low-cost, rich and rewarding musical program focusing on choral singing. Other activities include: 
  • Weekly Piano and Voice lessons 
  • Tutoring and Homework time 
  •  Recreation and Snacks 
  • Regular performances 
  • Weekly free meal for families in the program
Our program provides school pick-up for students at PS 9, 11, 20, and 56, and closely follows the academic calendar of the NYC Department of Education. 

For the term beginning in fall of 2025, choir school will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 
Attendance on two days each week are required for participation: families can choose the two that work best for their schedules. 

Students in second, third and fourth grades are welcome to come for a casual, in-person evaluation to see if the Choir School is a right fit for them. Just fill out the questionnaire below and we'll get back to you to arrange a meeting. Please direct any questions to music@stlukeandstmatthew.org
