Reduced Cost Share Application
In 2023 we launched a fund to help reduce the cost of our Produce Subscriptions for those under financial constraints. Qualification for assistance is based upon income and family size.  The assistance applies to weekly or bi-weekly Produce Share subscriptions only, not Add-on Shares like flowers, eggs, preserves, beans etc., or items from the "Extra" category that can be purchased week to week.  
*Availability of shares is limited based on contributions to our Member Subsidized Share Fund.

QUALIFICATIONS: Please consider your available resources and the guidelines below when selecting your assistance level. We understand that income may not encapsulate an individual or household's level of need.  We encourage all who need assistance to apply regardless of income. 

25% assistance if you:
Meet San Mateo County's guidelines for "Low Income" or below.  
Are employed, or have other funds available to meet your needs (e.g., through financial savings or family support)
Have expendable income
50% assistance if you:
Meet San Mateo County's guidelines for "Very Low Income" or below.
Receive SNAP, WIC, or other public benefits.  
Have medical expenses not covered through insurance.  
Have unstable housing. 
Have immigration-related expenses.
