Please note before you complete this form; There is a no alcohol, no smoking, and no dancing policy on our church premises. You will be charged $40 per hour for any coordination needed prior to or during your event. If you need a sound technician, you will be charged $40 an hour. If you need a video technician, you will be charged $20 an hour.
