East Palo Alto Today Online Survey: Priorities for the East Palo Alto City Council

The East Palo Alto City Council will hold a council retreat on Tuesday, January 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm. in the Community Room at the East Palo Alto Government Center, located at 2415 University Avenue in East Palo Alto.

During its retreat, the council will discuss its Multi-Year Strategic Plan for 2011 and it will revisit its six priorities. The council and the city staff will, ultimately, establish goals and objectives to achieve the council's priorities. The council's six priorities are listed below. Currently, there is no order of importance among them.

The East Palo Alto City Council's Six Priorities:
A. Enhance Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness
B. Create a Healthy and Safe Community
C. Enhance Economic Vitality
D. Increase Organizational Effectiveness and Efficiency
E. Improve Public Facilities and Infrastructure
F. Increase Communication and Enhance Community Engagement

East Palo Alto Today has created a brief survey to obtain your input regarding the council's priorities and to find out what you think about the state of the city.

Please answer the survey questions, leaving your comments, where possible. Your input will be presented to the East Palo Alto City Council and to the city staff for their consideration.
