To apply for press credentials for the funeral of Sen. Dole at Washington National Cathedral on Friday, December 10 at 11 a.m. ET, media must complete this form. All requests for credentials are due by Wednesday, December 8 at 5 p.m. ET. Once submitted, the Cathedral will respond to your request for credentials on Thursday, December 9.
