Complete this form to have your student(s) placed on the EVERY DAY CAR RIDER List for the 2022-2023 school year.

If your child is riding a bus home from school, you do not need to complete this form.

Once you complete this form, you can pick up your placard in the cafeteria at Open House on August 22nd or in the main office (starting August 15th) M-F from 9-2.

Thank you for participating in the daily student car rider process. Students that are going to be picked-up every day must have this form on file in the office. The drop-off/pick-up area is the loop adjacent to the parking lot. Students will be released from their vehicles beginning at 8:25 am. Students will be released for parent pick-up starting at 3:05 pm to minimize the students’ loss of instructional time in the afternoon. We appreciate your support as we establish routines for an efficient and safe parent pick-up process.

Student will be picked up daily at 3:10 via carpool.

Students must only be dropped off and picked up in designated zone

Parents must stay in the driver's seat and allow staff to help your child/children in and out of the car.

Passing in the drop off/pick up lane is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

If the student is to ride a bus home, written notification must be received by the office staff by 2:00pm. Email notifications should be sent to kmokeefe@smcps.org with a copy to the classroom teacher.
