Application Process:

1. Fill out the online application form below to begin the process.
2. Upon submission, your application will be reviewed, and you will receive further instructions regarding the audit process.

Application Fee:

• The application is free of charge.

Audit and Certification Fee:

• Audit and certification fee is 30,000 Naira.
• This fee covers the cost of the audit conducted by our trained food safety inspectors.

Timeline:

• It takes approximately 3 weeks to complete the audit process and receive your Food Hygiene Score.
• The Food Hygiene Score is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Renewal:

• Renewal of the Food Hygiene Score is required every 6 months to ensure ongoing compliance with food safety standards.
