# Candidate would be responsible for providing Support for products resold by Gulf Infotech primarily, but not exclusive to Google Apps & Office 365 along with troubleshooting software related issues causing hindrance in proper functioning of solutions resold by Gulf Infotech.
# Candidate would be responsible to Deploy & Implement Projects related to Cloud Solutions
# He would also need to learn new Solutions as and when Gulf Infotech launches them provide their Support whenever needed.
# Candidate would need to follow the predefined SOP while providing Support for the customers.
# Complete Technical Certifications as and when Required by Gulf Infotech
# Handle complete Support Responsibility for all Products Resold by Gulf Infotech
# Ability to Proactively Learn new Technologies with the help of Online Resources & Guides
# Ability to Proactively help customers with quick thinking and troubleshooting skills
# Manage & Resolve Customers Tickets based on SLA & Using Ticketing Platform.
# Implementation & Deployment of Cloud Based Products along with Handling Support
# Any other Responsibilities Assigned by the Management towards Technical Implementations & Support

Requirements of the Candidate

# Minimum of 1 to 2 years of Experience as a Support Engineer, System Administrator or related Roles. Having a Cloud Background is a Plus.
# Expertise in Computer Software Troubleshooting, Windows Registry, Installation of Software, Remote Management of Desktops & Servers, Use of Workarounds to Operate a Computer
# Expertise in Software like Microsoft Outlook and other related tools
# Candidate needs to be a Computer Friendly User
# Understanding of Basic Email Concepts, DNS, Domains, Software Configuration, FTP, Printer Technologies, Networking Technologies
# Interest in learning and understanding new Technologies
# Candidates holding IT Certifications would be a plus
# Candidate should have a good command on his language and should be fluent in English
# Candidate should be able to understand the customer's requirements with clarity and be able to resolve it by self knowledge or by learning the resolution via Online Resources or help from colleagues within the SLA defined on the case
# Ability to Build Strong Customer Relationships
# Excellent problem solving, time management and organizational skills
