Currently enrolled and former students should speak with their academic advisor about how to change their primary campus. If you have already attended SOAR and/or have enrollment for the upcoming term, you should contact your academic advisor.

This form is to be completed by the applicant only, and must be completed in its entirety for the campus change request to be processed.

Not all majors are fully offered on all campuses. Not all financial awards are transferable across campuses. Tuition and fee costs vary by campus. Please speak with your admissions counselor to ensure you are fully aware of all implications changing your campus may have.
