I hereby agree to the following:

1. I agree I will need a valid FLIGHT TICKET, HEALTH CERTIFICATES (as required by the visiting countries), VISA, PASSPORT & TRAVEL INSURANCE for the whole duration of the tour. I agree that the organisers will not be held responsible for any issue that may arise from these.

2. I agree that I will need to have a RETURNING FLIGHT TICKET out of the visiting country to pass immigration office at the airport.

3. I agree that I need be present one day prior to the start of the program.

4. I agree that I have no current criminal offence or legal pursuit.

5. I understand that the tour involves lots of walking and I would require VERY GOOD HIKING SHOES!

6. I understand that I am participating in the tour during which may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, sickness or damages, know or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

7. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against the organisers for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the event.

8. I understand that the organisers reserve the right to cancel or make changes to the itinerary for the comfort and safety of all passengers, or for unforeseen circumstances arising.

9. Multimedia Release
I understand the tour will be photographed and video recorded. I agree that if I do not wish to be photographed I will kindly inform the Photographers. I agree that any or all of the material photographed/recorded may be used, in any form, as part of any future website, social media, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote the event, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

10. Cancellation of Event
A minimum of 4 participants is required for the event to take place. In the eventuality the event is cancelled the total amount of money paid will be fully refunded.

11. Cancellation of Participant
All payments are non-refundable within 70 days of tour departure date.
Between 70 days & 90 days of tour departure date: 40% refund minus bank transfer fees.
90 days thereafter: Full refund minus bank transfer fees.

12. I agree to keep my belongings secured and that the organisers/participants will not be hold responsible in case of any belongings being lost.

13. I acknowledge that my details are kept strictly confidential solely to Bhavnath Gansam and will in NO case ever be made public or available to any company/person or institution.

14. My payment is received as an agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
