Prof BJ Fogg is the creator of the Tiny Habits® method and he (and I) want to share it with you.

We invite you to learn Tiny Habits as taught by BJ, with additional, hands-on coaching direct from me. And completely customised to your specific needs.

This 5-day session is a free service.

The total time investment on your side is about 15-20 minutes to get started, (we'll send you some links outlining the whole process), and then from Mon to Fri it will take about 3 minutes (tops), of your time each day to apply the Tiny Habits in your life and reply to our daily check-in email.

And that’s all there is to it. 3 minutes a day and you're done.

All you're committing to is a cumulative and modest 30-40 minutes in total over the week, yet for something that could be truly life changing.

(I know: Laughably Simple, but Seriously Effective.)

You will learn a lot about habits, how to change your behaviour easily, boost your productivity, and have more fun as you effectively address a few things you’ve been meaning to do for ages.
