We invite you to learn Tiny Habits as taught by BJ, with additional, hands-on coaching direct from me. And completely customised to your specific needs.
This 5-day session is a free service.
The total time investment on your side is about 15-20 minutes to get started, (we'll send you some links outlining the whole process), and then from Mon to Fri it will take about 3 minutes (tops), of your time each day to apply the Tiny Habits in your life and reply to our daily check-in email.
And that’s all there is to it. 3 minutes a day and you're done.
All you're committing to is a cumulative and modest 30-40 minutes in total over the week, yet for something that could be truly life changing.
