Stall Holder Application - Vegan Festival Adelaide 2019

Please read the following information carefully before applying.
Your application will be evaluated by the Vegan Festival Adelaide committee. The form must be completed in full for your application to be considered. This includes providing all relevant supporting documents.

To complete this application you will need to:
- Provide your Business details (including your ABN / ACN / ACNC number, if applicable)
- Give an ~150 word or less description of your stall and its products
- Opt for any Sponsorship packages
- Outline your Infrastructure requirements
- Detail any electricity, gas, oil, or cool room needs
- Supply your Insurance details
- Agree to the regulations, policies, and protocols of Vegan Festival Adelaide, City of Adelaide (Council), and Gov SA
- Provide your marketing details (including an ~150 word or less biography of your business/stall)

Supporting Documents
Below is a list of all the documents that will/may be requested during your application:
- a print ready (high quality) version of your company logo (Required)
- a copy of your valid $20 million public liability insurance (Required)
- a copy of your valid product liability insurance certificate (if selling food, drink, or cosmetics)
- a copy of your valid liquor licence (if selling alcoholic drinks)
- a photograph of your tagged fire blanket (if cooking with oil)
* Documents can be uploaded during completion of this form. Upload instructions will be provided when a document is required.
* In the case of insurance certificates, where insurance valid for the Festival weekend may not be currently available, the expiry date of current insurance policies and/or an acknowledgement that new insurance must be purchased is sufficient for this application.

Please note:

- All stall holders MUST commit to the full weekend 26 and 27 October (Friday afternoon 25 October to Sunday night 27 October, i.e. from Bump-in to Bump-out)
- Vegan Festival Adelaide reserves the right to accept/deny any application - All decisions are final
- If you are planning to sell or display food or drink, your details will be shared with City of Adelaide (Council)
- Multi-level marketing companies need not apply

Stall fees
- Food and Drink Stall – ($800 Regular or $700 Early Bird)
- Drink Stall only – ($700 Regular or $600 Early Bird)
- Licensed Bar – Only 2 available – ($1200 Regular or $1100 Early Bird)
- Retail / Merchandise / Services – ($600 Regular or $500 Early Bird)
- Not For Profit with Sale – ($400 Regular or $300 Early Bird)
- Not for Profit with Display and Donation Box – ($350 Regular or $250 Early Bird)

Prices are for stall space only, throughout the Festival weekend. Additional costs may be incurred depending on infrastructure requirements. Early bird rates apply to all payments received by 31 July 2019
