It recruits and trains election judges and poll watchers to monitor the voting process, safeguard election integrity, and protect voter rights. Additionally, it manages specialized programs like "Protect the Vote" and "Chase the Vote" to enhance election security and voter outreach. Supporting election day operations is also a key focus to maintain a strong presence at the polls (poll watchers).
