We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to support this unique celebration of black romance authors and their readers. You can choose to sponsor one or both of our exciting events: (You will be mentioned along with other sponsors in our advertisements at the event.) 

All Sponsored Items are needed by Sept. 1, 2025 - This helps us to purchase all advertising material with Sponsor names in a timely manner and to fill readers bags before the event. 

  1. The 90's Mixer on October 10th, 2025:

    • Mix and mingle with authors over drinks and music. This evening event is perfect for casual networking and creating lasting connections.

  2. Southern Hearts Signed Books on October 11th, 2025:

    • Fall in love with the written word as you get up close with over 30 beloved writers. This event focuses on book signings, author panels, and intimate discussions. We plan to have 550 readers in attendance. We don't expect you to send 550 of anything but we would appreciate any support given!
