The Boredom Paradox: Understanding Digital Overstimulation and Creativity
Do you ever become bored anymore? We are constantly surrounded by notifications, apps, and entertainment that has made boredom almost extinct. This short anonymous survey explores how people experience boredom, distraction, and digital fatigue and how these factors affect focus, creativity, and mental clarity.
