We do our very best to design your cake the way you envision it, but please note we don’t copy other creators’ work exactly. Alisha and Rebekah love turning your inspiration into something original — a custom art piece just for you! 💗

🔸All deposits are non-refundable. When you book, we lock in your date and start prepping. That means we turn down other orders—so the deposit helps cover that time and work.

🚘 DELIVERY OPTION:
You can choose to have your cake delivered. It’s not required, but we highly recommend delivery for wedding cakes—they’re very heavy and can be hard to transport safely.

🔺 Cost: Based on round-trip miles and time.
🔺 After Setup: Once we deliver and set up, the cake becomes your responsibility.

🚗 PICKING UP YOUR ORDER:
Picking up your order can save you money! Just keep these tips in mind:

🔹 Clean & Flat Surface: Make sure your vehicle has a clean, flat space for the cake.
🔹 Best Vehicles: Vans or SUVs with folding seats work best. If you're in a car, place the cake on the floor—not the seat.
🔹 Drive Carefully: Avoid sharp turns and sudden stops.
🔹 Your Responsibility: Once the order leaves our shop, it's no longer our responsibility.

🎂 CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

We want your cake to be as soft, fresh, and delicious as possible! Please follow these tips:

🔺 Keep your cake refrigerated until you're ready to serve or display it.
🔺 If it’s fully frosted, don’t leave it out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

🕛EVENT TIME:

If we’re delivering and setting up your cake, please let us know what time it needs to be ready by. Cakes should only sit out for about 2 hours.
If your cake needs to be on display by 6 PM, we'll plan to arrive between 5:00–5:30 PM, depending on whether we’re adding flowers.

🕛 WHAT TIME WILL YOU BE CUTTING YOUR CAKE?
Knowing your cake-cutting time helps us plan delivery and setup more accurately — especially in hot weather or outdoor events where the cake shouldn’t sit out too long.

We love adding fresh flowers to cakes! Please note that flowers must be provided by your florist—we do not supply fresh flowers. 

🌸 Cake Decoration:
We can place flowers on the cake or arrange them around the base at delivery.

We take great pride in creating custom cakes and want every customer to be happy with their order. If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to make it right. 

If you're unhappy with your cake and want to request a refund, just let us know on the day of your event and bring the cake back so we can take a look. Since everything is custom-made, we need the cake returned to consider any refund. Without it, we can’t offer one.
