At Camp Howe you will find individuals who have a love for kids. Our staff is made up of enthusiastic young people who are willing to go a little crazy to show "real life" to the kids who come through our gates. They are disciplined, trained, challenged, and encouraged to be the best possible leaders that the kids of today need. 

Thank you for taking the time to complete a reference on one of our applicants.  If hired, this individual  will bear the responsibility for the safety and well being of youth aged 7 to 17. The demands of the job cannot be overstated: for most of our staff it is the greatest responsibility they will have, the most challenging job, and for many, the most satisfying employment experience they will ever have.
