Before coming to the School Board with a specific question, concern or issue, you are encouraged to refer to the Chain of Communication first to identify the best person to address your situation. Individuals who want to speak during Comments to the Board must submit this form before 5:00 pm on the day before the School Board Regular Meeting at which you would like to speak.
This form will be submitted to the Assistant School Board Clerk at asb@rochesterschools.org. You will receive an email from the Assistant School Board Clerk to confirm your placement on the Comments to the Board speakers list. There is a limit of 8 speakers during Comments to the Board at each meeting. If the Comments to the Board speakers list is full for the meeting you selected, you will be given the opportunity to choose a future School Board meeting date to make your comments. Individuals cannot be scheduled to speak at two consecutive Regular Board meetings.
