Rosh Hashana with the Beis Community
With everything that's happened this past year, couldn't you use a fresh start? (And no, it's not too late to sign up! ☺)

Join us for Rosh Hashana, as whope, pray, and celebrate for a New Year together! We're preparing for a Rosh Hashana that is welcoming, meaningful,  traditional, spiritual, and accessible - and we're excited for you to be part of it.

We're gathering for traditional prayers in our beautiful communal space on 187th & Ft Washington, coming together for festive meals (a communal dinner, picnics, and home-based dinners), shofar blowing, tashlich, and more -- you can find all the details below.

As always all are welcome - first timers*, old timers, and everyone in between. Especially if you feel called to celebrate and experience a Rosh Hashanah filled with love, community, spirituality, please join us at the Beis Community this year - in whatever way is right for you 🍏 🍯
Oct 2-4 / beginning of the new Jewish year!

*We don't have membership so this is just as much for you :)

Prayer Services
All services will be at the Beis (587 Ft Wash). We'll have chairs and Rosh Hashana prayer books (machzorim) with translations for you.

Thursday & Friday mornings there will be a lot of uplifting prayers, dancing, song, shofar and meditation. If you're looking for songful and spiritual, this is for you!

If you're new to this, we'll have people guiding the prayers in English throughout in a way that is integrated and keeps with the  flow of the service. Come join us for transportive traditional melodies and heartfelt davening!
If you want to stop in or just come for a bit, that's fine too (we recommend coming ~11am for honey cake, shofar, and some prayers).
