New Teacher Rural Teacher Corps (2024-25)

The new teacher support group was starting in the early days of 2020 to provide a forum for new teachers to provide support to each other. Our basic support is a monthly discussion with your peers to talk. We also provide additional support with grants, materials, resources, and opportunities for projects. If the new teachers want us to bring someone to the Zoom to share their experiences to help you do your job, we can make arrangements.

Please complete this survey to let us know what you think we can do for you. Our first meeting will be Wednesday September 4 at 5 pm. We can change the days/times as needed.

If you have any questions, or ideas, please send them to Brian Reid (bdreid2@eiu.edu)
