香港中文大學聯合書院校友會（下稱「本會」）多年來致力團結逾二萬九千名書院校友，鼓勵校友聯誼。為加強校友間的緊密聯繫，本會成立「會員福利小組」，期望通過為校友創造更多專屬優惠，提升校友對母校的歸屬感，同時促進校友間的合作機遇。故本會現誠邀各行業商戶成為福利供應商，無論是否書院校友，均能共建共融於書院的大家庭；每間商戶的支持均至關重要，本會期待與閣下共同昇華「光輝聯合人」的精神。

The United College Alumni Association of the CUHK ("the Association") has long been dedicated to uniting over 29,000 College alumni and fostering fellowship among them. To strengthen closer ties among alumni, the Association has established a "Membership Benefits Working Group", aiming to create more exclusive benefits for alumni, enhance their sense of belonging to their alma mater, and facilitate collaborative opportunities among them. Hence, the Association cordially invites businesses from all industries to become benefit providers; whether you are a College alumnus/alumna or not, you are welcome to build and become a part of the inclusive College family. Every business’s support is invaluable, and the Association looks forward to elevating the spirit of "Glorious United Alumni" with you.

The Association complies with the requirements of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "Ordinance") in collecting, holding, processing, and using your personal data. Personal data collected will only be used for lawful and directly related purposes. The Association will take all practicable steps to ensure data accuracy and to safeguard against unauthorized or accidental access, erasure, disclosure, or misuse.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. Please note that failure to provide required information may result in the Association being unable to process your application. Personal data collected during this application process will be used for purposes directly related thereto (including but not limited to: application assessment, notification of results, etc.). All data provided will be kept confidential.

根據條例，你有權：1) 確認本會是否持有您的個人資料；2) 要求本會告知所持資料類別；3) 索取資料副本及更正不準確資料；及，4) 要求本會停止處理或刪除你的個人資料。
Under the Ordinance, you have the right to: 1) Ascertain whether the Association holds your personal data; 2) Request the Association to inform you of the categories of data held; 3) Obtain a copy of your data and correct inaccurate information; and, 4) Request cessation of processing or erasure of your personal data.

香港中文大學聯合書院校友會（下稱「本會」）謹此聲明：

The United College Alumni Association of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (the “Association”) hereby declares:

1.⁠ ⁠本會提供之會員福利乃為便利校友而設。校友在享用任何福利或與福利供應商進行交易時，須自行詳閱並了解相關合約條款、服務內容及條件。

1.⁠ ⁠The member benefits provided by the Association are for the convenience of alumni only. Alumni shall thoroughly review and understand the relevant contract terms, services, and conditions before enjoying any benefits or conducting transactions with benefit providers.

2.⁠ ⁠本會對任何福利供應商之營運狀況、財務狀況、服務或產品質量、商業信譽等，概不作任何明示或暗示之保證或陳述。校友須自行評估並承擔相關風險。

2.⁠ ⁠The Association makes no express or implied warranties or representations of any kind regarding the operation, financial condition, quality of service or products, or commercial reputation of any benefit provider. Alumni must exercise their own judgment and assume all associated risks.

3.⁠ ⁠校友因享用會員福利、與福利供應商進行交易或使用其服務而直接或間接引致之任何損失、損害、費用或法律責任（包括但不限於財產損失、人身傷害、商業損失、精神損害等），本會概不承擔。

3.⁠ ⁠The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs, or legal liabilities (including but not limited to property loss, personal injury, business loss, emotional distress, etc.) arising from alumni’s enjoyment of benefits, transactions with benefit providers, or use of their services.

4.⁠ ⁠若校友與福利供應商發生任何糾紛，應自行與該供應商處理及解決。本會並無義務進行調解或提供協助。

4.⁠ ⁠Any disputes arising between alumni and benefit providers shall be resolved directly between the parties involved. The Association is under no obligation to mediate or assist in such a resolution.

5.⁠ ⁠本會有權隨時修改此免責聲明，修改後內容將於公布時立即生效。

5.⁠ ⁠The Association reserves the right to amend this Disclaimer at any time, with such amendments taking effect immediately upon publication.

6.⁠ ⁠若本聲明之任何條款被視為無效或無法執行，其餘條款之有效性及可執行性不受影響。

6.⁠ ⁠If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

7.⁠ ⁠本免責聲明受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據其解釋。

7.⁠ ⁠This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
