Chapter 30 is Oxnard’s first creative studio space dedicated to artists and creatives who are ready to grow, evolve, and take their work to the next level.
At Chapter 30, we believe that success doesn’t just happen — it’s built through action, discipline, and a commitment to the process.
We’re truly honored that you believe in our vision and are interested in applying for one of our limited studio spaces. The outpouring of support from the community has been incredible, and with that comes a thoughtful and selective process to determine which creatives will join us.
Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee a studio placement. 
We’re looking for artists whose work is diverse and whose values align with our mission — growth, evolution, and a deep commitment to taking ownership of one’s creative future.

Studio Features
-Enclosed Studios
Each space has four solid walls and an open ceiling for improved airflow. Privacy material lines the upper sections of each studio wall to provide privacy and reduce distractions.
-Lockable Doors & Electrical Out
Every studio has a door with a lock and at least one dedicated power outlet.
-Wall-Mounted Systems
Select walls will be outfitted with pegboard to support tool storage and display — tailored to different types of artists.
Windows (in select units only)
-Lighting & Ventilation
Studios are built with lighting and air circulation in mind, creating a comfortable, well-lit environment for all-day use.
