Kinder Camp is a four day (Monday–Thursday), 1.5 hours per day summer session that provides an early introduction to Spanish Immersion kindergarten. It prepares students by introducing them to activities that are similar to those they will experience in the first few weeks of school, and provides parents with an opportunity to preview parent-child separation issues before the first day of school. Your child has the opportunity to make new friends, learn some Spanish through songs, games, and simple instruction, and get a "feel" for the kindergarten day.
A credentialed CCE teacher will lead this fun, relaxed session held in a classroom at CCE. This is a drop-off program for children; parents do not attend. Four different sessions are offered:
Session 1: Monday-Thursday, August 6-9 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Session 2: Monday-Thursday, August 6-9 from 11:00-12:30 p.m.Session 3: Monday-Thursday, August 13-16 from 9:00–10:30 a.m.Session 4: Monday-Thursday, August 13-16 from 11:00-12:30 p.m.
Each child may attend one session. To enroll, please complete this form and submit the $40 registration fee through Paypal. Placements are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
