Millard West Lacrosse invites you to our 6th Annual Alumni Game Fundraiser! Join us on Saturday, November 29th at 11am on the Millard West Turf Field for an exciting match featuring our alumni against the current varsity team. The game will follow US Lacrosse high school rules.

Registration:
Alumni interested in playing are welcome, but space is limited to 22 participants—so sign up early! The registration fee is $20, and your spot isn’t secured until payment is received.
Commemorative Shirt: Don't miss out on getting your alumni game shirt! Shirts are $20 ea. and must be ordered and paid for no later than November 12.
How to Register:
- Fill out the registration form.
- Venmo the registration fee to the NEW Venmo account @MWBoysLax.
Please note: Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
Spectators: Family and friends are encouraged to attend! Entrance is $5 per person at the gate.
