Thank you for your interest in the NextGen Fellowship.
The NextGen Fellowship is a selective 15-week professional training program dedicated to developing the next generation of independent theatre artists. Through classroom instruction, hands-on workshops, guest artists, professional theatre experiences, and mentorship, fellows will explore every department involved in creating live performance while building the skills to create their own artistic opportunities.
Please complete this application in its entirety. Your responses will help us learn more about your interests, experiences, and commitment to the program. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview before final fellowship offers are made.
Before you begin, please note:
- Applications must be submitted by Friday, September 25, 2026.
- The fellowship begins Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
- Fellows are expected to attend all scheduled classes, production visits, workshops, and the final Fellowship Showcase.
- Cohort size is limited to 15 Fellows.
- Full Payment or Payment installment (1) is due upon acceptance into Program.
