LID Camp accepts kids from 6th to 12th grade (or ages 10-18).

DEADLINE: July 15, 2017 (Any submission afterwards, LID Camp coordinators will contact you directly to discuss any open spots left).

This form is for TACL LID Camp's 2017 Camper application. To enroll a camper, please fill out all information as accurately as possible to ensure the safety of the camper.

This year, LID Camp is proud to announce that it will be awarding a referral program for families that bring in a NEW camper! A $10 reduction will be added to that camper's registration fee, and also the friend that the camper is bringing. For example, Camper 1 brings a totally new camper to the program (Camper 2). Both will have a $10 reduction. If Camper 1 brings in 2 new campers, $20 will be taken off from Camper 1's fees, and Camper 2 and 3 will both have $10 reduced from their fees! (I know it sounds a little confusing. Please email us if further clarification is needed).

Disclaimer: If requesting a cancellation and refund, half the amount will be returned. The reason for this is to cover the cost of reserving the spot for the camper.
