I was introduced to Tiny Habits from its creator BJ Fogg a number of years ago. After putting it into practice myself and experiencing the positive change it can have, I decided to train up as a certified coach in Tiny Habits.

This 5-day session is a free service that includes:

* Video training from BJ Fogg - this takes about 30 minutes to watch and read the content

* Daily tips via email from BJ Fogg

* You will practice 3 tiny habits everyday for 5 days (this will take about 3 minutes a day)

* Daily take aways and personalised email coaching from me (Mark Channon). I'll be there to create a blanket of support to make sure you have the best experience possible.
