Virtual Learner Meal Request
Parents/Guardians should use this form to request take home meals for their virtual students. A separate form is required for each student. Parents/Guardians can pick up meals by coming to the front entrance of their selected pick up spot. The cafeteria will be notified and meals will be brought to the office area. Any questions about this service should be directed to the Food Service office at 765-521-7240.

Please choose the site you would like to pick up meals. Meals are available every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. , 1:00-2:00 p.m. and 4:30-5:30 p.m (New Castle High School Only!). *
Please check any allergies (not intolerances) your student has. These will be confirmed with our nursing staff. If documentation is not on file with the school nurse we will request it before we can modify your student's diet. *
