A delegation of around 20 individuals from Misawa, Japan typically visits the Wenatchee Valley each spring from the end of April through the beginning of May, coinciding with Apple Blossom Weekend. It takes a lot of community support to make their visit a success! Please indicate if you are interested in being involved in one of the following ways during the next Misawa Delegation visit to the Wenatchee Valley.

Event Volunteer: I am interested in helping at delegation events in ways such as serving food, drinks, greeting, decorating, set-up/clean-up, etc.

Coordinating Volunteer: I am interested in helping with event coordination in ways such as planning events, purchasing or donating materials, soliciting sponsors, preparing decor, preparing food, etc.

Parade Volunteer: I am interested in helping with parade support such as providing a trailer, tow vehicle, helping with float decor, etc.)

Dinner Host: I would be interested in hosting 2-4 Japanese adults - including an interpreter - in my home for a family-style dinner.

Home-Stay Host Family: I would be interested in hosting 1-2 Japanese students in my home for their 5-night stay.
