The BBA is pleased to offer Suffolk PDR credit for all of our BBA programs. The process for requesting and receiving credit confirmation is as follows:

- In order to request credit please complete and submit this form.

- Suffolk PDR credit requests are processed twice a month on or about the 15th and the 30th of each month.

- Attendance will be verified by Zoom attendance reports for virtual programs, and check-in sheets for in-person programs.

-  A certification of completion will be emailed to you, please keep it for your records.
