Investing in Minds Capital
Fundraising for the next Minds Capital Fund will open in the fall of 2025. Investment materials will be ready around September.

The next fund, Minds Capital Flagship II LP, will invest in approximately ten (10) independent sponsor-led acquisitions. We only invest in profitable, proven businesses with a predictable and durable revenue model. 

We use an extensive checklist to evaluate each investment opportunity across four key sections: market/industry, target company, sponsor, and deal terms. We get particularly excited about excellent sponsor-target fits and targets with a differentiated value proposition.  

Even if each of our approved investments exhibits robust downside protection and strong upside potential, we recognize that a private equity portfolio should expect to consist of both winners and losers. 

Minds Capital is subject to the SEC constraint of maximum 99 accredited investors per vehicle. Due to high demand, the minimum commitment will be $200,000, and a limited number of strategic exceptions may be made for smaller investors. There will be two capital calls; half at signing and the other half approximately six months later (halfway through deployment).
